Today I'm showing you two healthy granola recipes! We're making gluten-free granola, one that's a classic nutty granola, the other a chocolate almond butter.

Ingredients of Granola

  1. Prepare of raw honey.
  2. Prepare of natural organic peanut butter (I use one with only peanuts as ingredient).
  3. You need of pumpkin seeds.

  5. You need of crushed mixed nuts of choice.
  6. Prepare of unsweetened coconut flakes.
  7. You need of chia seeds.
  8. Prepare of cinnamon.
  9. Prepare of real vanilla.
  10. You need of oil of choice.
  11. You need of old fashioned oats.
  12. Prepare of dried fruit of choice.
  13. It's of Cocao nibs optional.

Granola instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300.

  5. On parchment lined baking sheet, press out granola.
  6. If you crowd the pan you will end up with granola clusters, if you would rather have a crumbly granola spread it onto two pans.
  7. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
  8. Do NOT stir as it bakes.
  9. Add dried fruit and cocao nibs.
  10. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
  11. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
